When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email with your order details shortly afterward.
Will my pot look exactly like pictured?
Each ceramic piece is handmade, so slight variations in shape, glaze, and colour are natural and part of its character.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, provided items are unused, carefully packaged, and undamaged.
Can custom pots be returned?
Custom bonsai pots are made specifically for your tree and cannot usually be returned once production has started.
Are taxes and shipping included?
Prices, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you complete payment.
